Life doesn’t feel so good when you can’t find the motivation to get moving. Especially during those times when it seems like all hell is breaking loose. For instance, perhaps you’ve lost your job and discovered you have no money. And it’s causing you to freak out about how you’re going to pay your bills, or even buy food to eat for that matter? All this can be traumatizing and therefore have a huge impact not only on your mind but your body. It can make you feel numb, complacent, and like you’re trapped in the rhythm of a life that has no rhyme or reason. Making you wonder and or ponder the question, “what the hay happens now?” It’s a statement or rather the center focus of a very special piece of work I’m presenting to you, that’s so near and dear to my heart. Because so many people right now are faced with such a crisis and need a little, or perhaps a big, boost of confidence to get over it. This begs the question: Are you like so many others who are feeling stuck, hopeless, and defeated? Because your life isn’t going the way you want it? Yet you’re still sitting around wishing and waiting for something magical to happen, and ignoring the fact that change starts from within. It’s listening to the voice inside as it assures, “you are the one” to make change happen. Therefore, once you make a move it’s inevitable to know that “Groove Is Gonna GetCha!” What do I mean? You’ll have to watch this special dramatization written, directed, and performed by me to find out. And I must say, “you don’t want to miss the ending!”
